The six barns range from a luxury 1 bedroom suite through to a lavish 6 bedroom residence. Each one is individually designed and furnished to ensure every comfort and convenience; They are available all year round for rent as self -catering holidays, themed weekends, pampering breaks or for private corporate accommodation and activities all year round.
We offer free wifi and many on site activites, ranging from clay pigeon shooting to cookery courses.

· The Hay Loft & The Stables: two 2 bedroom barns sleeping 4 to 6, one with access for guests with disabilities
· The Milking Parlour: a 6 bedroom residence, with four doubles/twins and two family rooms sleeping up to 16.
· The Dairy: A self contained two bedroom cottage.

Along the Jurassic Coast there is an abundance of local seaside resorts; these include Lyme Regis with its stunning coastline, the famous Cobb harbour, fossil hunting and beautiful scenic gardens. The traditional fishing village of Beer is less than 8 miles distant with boat trips available. Seaton with its wide promenade and historic tramway to Colyton is within a 10 minute drive.
Kilmington has two excellent country pubs, a village stores, two churches, a farm shop selling local produce and everything else you would expect to find in such a beautiful and well kept village.
